Your First Visit
Before your first visit, please complete our New Patient Form.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a thorough dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you based on your examination and medical history. There will also be time to address any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit.
- What payment methods do you offer?
Treatment costs must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or most major credit cards.
- Do you offer support for anxious patients?
Our team at Bay Dental Group has a variety of practices in place, including oral dental sedation, to help you relax during your appointments.
